Pros

I love my job. The work is fulfilling, the benefits are great, management is exceptional. The work is very challenging but not to the point that it becomes a burden to my well-being or family time. I feel pushed (but not shoved) to learn and grow. Both my immediate team and the company as a whole gets along very well. Everyone is understanding and empathetic with each other. The benefits are pretty good. We have an unlimited vacation policy. But not one of those that tricks you into not taking any time off. We actually get a bonus for taking time off each quarter. The management is the best part though. They have an open ear and care for the employees. When feedback is left, that feedback is heard and action is taken. It is obvious that the leaders in the company want to grow themselves and the company and the employees. They make things better all the time. I am grateful to work here and look forward to being here for a long time to come.

Cons

Not much. Really the only thing is that the health insurance offering could be better. It's very expensive for families and the deductibles and max-out-of-pockets are high for the 'cheaper' plans
