Pros

Good "Premium Pay" which is basically over-time for salaried employees. Unlimited Vacations, as long as you can work it out with your team so there is coverage.

Cons

0-strike rule. A Small slip-up could cost companies thousands of dollars per minute, and lose the contract for the company.
