At D-EDGE, we are convinced that our development only makes sense if it is socially, environmentally and ethically responsible. It is up to us to propose a virtuous model that allows us, together, to act for a positive transformation of our society. Our diversity and inclusion barometer has enabled us to draw several conclusions on athese subjects, from the point of view of D-EDGERS:

This is made possible on the one hand by our parenthood policy and our disability policy, and on the other hand by a number of concrete actions carried out on a daily basis. From our responsible purchasing to the implementation of the sustainable mobility package, through skills sponsorship, we act with and for our employees, our customers, our partners, our suppliers :

  • We now use local and eco-responsible manufacturers for our goodies purchases 🛒,
  • We adopt daily micro-gestures in the office to limit our ecological footprint (low energy building in Coeur Marais, recycling, end of disposable cups...).
  • Our apprenticeship tax 🎓 is paid to associations and schools that are committed to inclusion and gender diversity in tech (Simplon and Ada tech school),
  • We allow each employee to use part of their working time to make themselves useful and help associations or participate in citizen actions 👷🏼‍♀️👷🏼‍♂️ using the Friday platform,
  • In 2022, we launched our first Carbon Footprint 🌱 (3 scopes & internationally),
  • We regularly highlight causes related to current events (global warming on Overshoot Day, Week for the employment of disabled people, Pink October...) via the Newsletter, Friday programs and all our other awareness-raising actions.
