Great flexibility with real work from home, everyone is remote so there's no weid baiting around with return to office etc. Great team culture, blameless, no artificial deadlines, no expectation of crazy hours, overall great work lif balance. Unlimitted PTO and a culture of actually using it.Cons
Small startup so the definition of roles and particularly of the roles of different teams is a bit blurry and in flux.
