When I first started at DebtBook I was initially a little scared. I saw many warning signs I had seen at previous companies, and while management promised they were working on it, I had been burnt before. I can happily report that DebtBook has exceeded all of my expectations. Every concern I had, from the way we interface with remote teams down to individual practices in the codebase, has been addressed in a timely and efficient manor. We've made such massive progress on internal metrics that it genuinely shocks me. DebtBook is a great place to work.Cons
Working at any startup that moves fast and aggressively will demand a high level of commitment and ability to change. DebtBook is no different in this case—I have not been required to work long hours, but I have been required to pay attention and work very efficiently.
