-Fully paid medical, dental and vision benefits offered with an HRA -Unlimited PTO with a minimum of 10 days taken, with time off given during Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Years -Non Qualified Stock Options vested over 5 years -401k benefits are currently a $20,000 contribution annually by the company Fully Remote -Company prioritizes culture and holds everyone accountable to help contribute to and maintain that culture -Leadership is very open with sharing company details and updates at quarterly All Hooves meetings
