Love that there is freedom to be involved and give input. Never boring! Day flies by because it is very busy. Look forward to performing my duties. Owner of the company is fair to his people and treats all people with respect.

Only 3 weeks vacation. Start with 3 weeks and never goes up. Expectations of putting in long hours when necessary, last minute notice.
