Good work life balance. Access to training and encouragement to grow. Friendly coworkers who are happy to work collaboratively. In general a positive environment. Management is relatively open sharing Biz Dev details.

Cons

You'll most likely be working on other studios games. The projects are good, but this adds some communication overhead and less feeling of ownership. Projects feel a little siloed. Low-risk low-reward business model.
