A lot of freedom to build and shape your area into a successful and rewarding part of a national enterprise. Great support as needed from senior management and supported by some of the most skilled and hard working technicians anyone could ask for.

Cons

It takes a dedication to the company and to your technicians to make it click which is not really a "con" but something required in any line of business to be successful. Accounts and sometimes employees can need extra attention, but that is why you are dubbed a "Manager".
