I've been at DentalQore for almost 4 years now and have been able to grow into roles I never would have imagined. Every team member, including the executive and management level, encourages you to step out of your comfort zone in order to reach the next level. Everyone here is supportive and they are all really just amazing people to put it simply. I've made great connections and continue to because of DentalQore. We get free lunch fairly often, as well as weekly donuts. On top of that, the perks here are incredible. It's hard to beat a free Top Golf experience, free lift tickets to Sundance, free suite access to Bees games, and so much more. DentalQore also throws some pretty great holiday parties! DentalQore inspires hard work and growth, and I've taken lessons learned from this company and have applied them in my day to day life. If you're a good worker, DentalQore will make sure you're taken care of and they will do everything to help you get to the next milestone.Cons
In the few years I've been here, it's hard to point out any flaws. If I had to say one, it would probably be to add more tables into the break room. Sometimes when we get free lunch, it's hard to fit everyone in there. Other than that though, I have no real cons I could say about the company.The way we run our company is the same method by which we help our clients experience so much success with their own companies. DentalQore is organized in specialized departments that are directed by individuals who have experience and expertise crucial to their respective teams. The way labor is allocated allows the appropriate talent to tackle the work for which they are best qualified. In similar fashion, DentalQore frees you from having to worry about digital marketing, enabling you to focus on what you do best as we focus on what we do best: promoting your business.
