Pros

+ Open-source culture - people make open-source contributions to multiple projects, like Dapr, TestContainers and cert-manager. There are also multiple OSS maintainers too. + Culture of care & trust. The company cares about customers and employees, building relationships based on trust. + Top talent - you look around and you see top diverse talent in all functions, delivering impact and collaborating. It is great to see employees swarming on a company's major milestone. Not to mention multiple book authors that work here. + Opportunities everywhere - there is so much to be done, that you can easily find an area to have a big impact. With proactivity, perseverance and collaboration, there is a lot to be accomplished here. + Compensation is competitive per location. + Top hardware and setup benefits - employees get Macbooks (spec is based on your role) + 1-time $1,000 WFH setup allowance + $150 WFh monthly allowance. + 100% remote

Cons

- Although the company shows maturity in multiple aspects, it is just 2 years old and there are so many things to be defined or in the process of being defined. It can be a con if someone is looking for a more stablished company.
