Positive outlook

Pros

- I went to few employees early morning and take some real digital marketing lessons orally, while i took down note. Few members there are good and helpful. - One in blue moon class/ training on digital marketing.

Cons

- Unrealistic expectations. Even if there is 250 or 500 word article -I was taunted here and there for my inability to deliver in max 10 min). (search+write) - Interns only allowed to speak to HR through HR, they keep full tab so that no intern speaks to any of the employees. Max to max super seniors since they assign work. - The completion certificate was kind of hindered until we review them on google. (many fake reviews of high rating due to same reason) - Saw least 3 employees leave within few days and about 7 by 1.5 month end. - Didn't really put in much effort for the client. -Poor management and no real effort for client - threatened at times - i saw few other intern also being told that the office will send their wrong report about them, (wrong reputation and work details about them)
