Cultural contagion of predatory and power-hungry middle-managers destroying eagerness to work and productivity from employees. Accidental managers, contradictory directions, micromanagement, neglectful bosses, credit stealers, backstabbers and freeloaders. Performative activism about EDI and mental health do not make an inclusive organization.
