Pros
Easy, small clients for the most part. Their claim to fame is Marc Jacob’s who is decent to work with.Cons
Toxic, disorganized, and insensitive. They will demand your time, but treat people terribly and the onboarding is so disjointed, you never really get any formal training on anything. They also make you do work on clients you aren’t assigned to, and expected to make recommendations regularly without any history on these clients for budget purposes. - budget discussions that should have taken approximately 1 hour took 2 weeks to figure out for no apparent reason - Onboarding was a hodge-podge mix of being given asynchronous decks to review and disjointed meetings from unprepared management. - there’s no HR people in house, so you can’t bring anything up to HR. - you’ll be expected to work random hours like 7am or 7pm, and management expects you not to have a life outside of work. If you don’t respond after hours due to family obligations, they’ll get upset
