I recently joined Discord and had an awesome onboarding experience. The best part is using Discord at work! I had never used it before and love the features, communicating in gifs and ease of accessing information. I've been geeking out from the start and have so much fun learning all about the use cases. Discord’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led organizations centered around belonging. Our Inclusion, Diversity & Purpose team empowers our ERGs to create an inclusive space where members of underrepresented groups and allies can come together to discuss, support, and celebrate our diverse communities. Our ERG leads have 10% allocated work time for ERG work to help build belonging through promoting education and awareness, offering learning opportunities, and driving advocacy for their communities in and outside of Discord.
