The company and the founders are tackling a really important problem. You can tell they really care about their people and the mission, and strike a tough balance between building a business and implementing best practices for DEI internally. I’ve been especially impressed with the culture and flexibility offered, and the fact that they use their own product to assess themselves.Cons
Typical startup challenges like economic headwinds and the need to stay nimble. It can be hard to keep everyone on the same page but I think they do a good job.
