How DoiT does remote work: Being a fully remote organization allows us to have the flexibility for our Do’ers in how they choose to have a true life-work balance. We offer greater flexibility and unlimited PTO (containing built-in mental health days, vacation, and volunteer time). This allows our team members to maximize their impact while living and working how they prefer so they can be fully present in their personal and professional lives.

We currently have a Diversity & Inclusion Special Interest Group (SIG) where we want to ensure enriching discussions and form connections with other Do’ers as we navigate various topics that are meaningful to us. The hope is that we have tangible output we can continue to share with the rest of the company.

We believe that the cloud transforms how we build technology, and we are on a mission to help countries, big or small, go through this transformation. We are a team of cloud professionals whit diversified backgrounds who love working with others to solve challenging technical problems. We work hands-on, side-by-side, with our customers to educate, mentor, advise, and problem-solve to ensure they get the most out of what the cloud offers and realize their ideas into products.

At DoiT we truly believe in the pursuit of knowledge, and that is why CRE's get to devote 30% of their weekly time to professional development. You can get a certification, upskill your leadership abilities, or work on your own special project; you name it.
