Pros
There are none; unless you value a total unhuman asynchronous workplace piloted by a narcissistic 23 year old CEO and his equally unapproachable wife.Cons
Where to begin? Your bosses are anti-social, terminally online, fresh college graduates with zero tangible work experience prior to creating this company. The onboarding process is non-existent and expectations are unrealistic. You are quite literally set up to fail and there is no recourse or system set up for employee feedback. Workplace hierarchy and relationships are unclear, and in a remote environment through which Slack is the only means of communication, work dynamics are murky at best and outright childish and disrespectful at worst. Iteration, workflow, and in general scope of your role is entirely out of your hands with zero collaboration or interest in employee feedback. There is zero room for growth, combined with little to no communication, and employees are treated quite literally like numbers as opposed to people. Your co-workers will speak often about the lack of company culture, the fear based environment, and double standards that are present for a select few. I can go on, but the point is, if you value your time, your career, and have a single shred of humanity, I would not recommend working here.
