Cons

There is really no bad side to this place

Double Good, a technology company that leverages its unique ability to utilize gourmet popcorn for product-based fundraising, is committed to leveling the playing field so all kids can do what they love. Emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion has been at the company's core since its inception. These tenets reflect every aspect of the business from top to bottom.

Tim Heitmann, CEO, and Founder believes that diverse perspectives lead to growth and impactful change in communities Double Good serves. Double Good takes great pride in its partnerships with leading organizations in varied fields. Volunteerism is a passion one can find in every member of the Double Good team, and through its partnerships, the company offers opportunities for staff to spend time giving back and learning from each other.

Inclusion is a cornerstone of Double Good. In 2017, Heitmann established The Double Good Kids Foundation, which is committed to providing education, equipment, and experiences to kids with special needs and their families to have opportunities for positive participation.

The company invests in telling stories that are often untold to elevate and bring awareness to marginalized communities. From sharing these stories, Double Good hopes to provide a space for safe and constructive discourse that breaks down barriers and builds bridges of understanding. In 2019, Double Good produced Black Girls Cheer to bring voice and visibility to cheerleaders of color. The documentary received national media attention and fostered essential conversations about equity and representation. Since then, Double Good has worked together with BGC to seed its new scholarship fund which will be offered to HBCU-bound student-athletes.

In addition to Double Good's partnership with Black Girls Cheer, below is a list of our valued partners:
