I would say the co-workers and the mission. Also being able to actively see your work affect the population you are working with is rewarding.

Cons

I think oftentimes there is a bit of miscommunication that could be solved by creating better systems. Overall, I would say that the company is trying to improve it but it's a difficult task to approach.
