Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

EBANX is a diverse company, made up of diverse people. For EBANX it is important that each ebanker feels comfortable being who they are and also encourages diversity. This is because, in addition to valuing people, we believe it is the only way to continue growing our potential as a company, generating innovation and fulfilling our mission of providing access.

It is our commitment to have diverse people working on our business solutions, to take actions that contribute to the equity of under-represented groups and to be a space of inclusion so that each ebanker can be their best professional version. We are committed to increasing the employability of under-represented groups, to increasing the participation of black people, LGBTQIAPN , and people with disabilities, and to increasing the participation of women in leadership positions.

• One Step Closer: is EBANX's signature for diversity, equity and inclusion actions and campaigns that provoke, inform and educate ebankers and the community.
• Affirmative internship in Brazil: in 2021 and 2023, our Internship Programs was affirmative to woman in tech positions and Black People in Brazil. In addition, our Apprentice Program is dedicated to students from public schools and scholarship holders, and we have affirmative vacancies in other positions in Brazil as well.

• Códigos do Amanhã: EBANX's socio-educational project that trains for free vulnerable people to work with technology. In the program, people from under-represented groups are given priority for places, so that we can also contribute to diversity in the technology market.
