Pros

Eclipse is a fantastic place to work. The people are super kind, collaborative, and supportive which leads to a really strong culture. The exec team is also quite open-minded and clearly care a lot about the team. The mission is also so important- fighting climate change, animal suffering, and global poverty! It is super motivating to know that our work directly contributes to reducing greenhouse gasses, water and land use, and much more. Finally, the products really are incredible. It's fun to hear feedback from customers that Eclipse is their favorite ice cream / the best ice cream they have ever had- plant-based or note / and more. Really exciting that there are many different products to come.

Cons

This is a startup which means having to put in a lot of work and operating without having all the information and with some uncertainty. Also, there are definitely times where directions quickly shift which means having to put out fires and change plans.
