Pros

Definitely the best place in term of integrity, transparency and trying to do the "right thing" without just filling shareholders' pockets. People care about the company mission, their work and care about each other. Work is always interesting and many team members go the extra mile to support you. There is a good core bunch of people who really cares about DE&I. The organization is a bit informal in many aspects, but guarantees good benefits and flexibility.

Cons

Having many passionate people in the same room creates challenges in finding solutions and changing things. It generates often small fights and frustrations that not everybody knows how to handle. The rate of burn-out is close to alarming. Leadership and management has been sometimes stretched and struggles to simplify things and to give direction. Not the place where you can expect to get rich, but salaries are decent enough.
