The hiring process is long and exhaustive. But, this is well rewarded from the very beginning of the onboarding process. You get to know the company through different roles. They explain their role and how that impacts Ecosystem. After a fairly time on this welcome to the company, you will gain confidence and knowledge to start your role on the right foot. Trust teems inside and you are free to ask anything whether your mentor, the assigned "Ecobody" who is the person that helps to have a smooth incorporation, or just any in the company. Everyone is just a call away.
