Pros
Work gets done in pods so you don't feel silo'd and there is coverage if you need it. Large enough to have support and resources, but small enough to still impact systems/structures/products/etc. People here are sweet, smart, and authentic humans.Cons
PTO is 15 days, which is good but not great. This includes your sick days.
