Pros

Unlimited PTO - Just have to make sure you request it in advance and communicate with your manager. I never have my requests rejected. Leaders across the board always encourage employees to plan for PTO. They seem to genuinely care about you as a human being. 100% Remote - I can work anywhere I want. I can hop in the office in the morning or stay late working from home. It's up to me - as long as I can get the work done. Like others mentioned, no micro management. At least that's how it is in my practice. People who work here are highly experienced and supportive. The type of people that I want to be surrounded with at work. Goal driven, team player, and kind human beings. Of course, there are some that are not as great to work with but this is inevitable in any company. Good bonus programs & recognition platforms where employees can publicly recognize others for their work. I think this is important for employee engagement and retention rate. Leaders have solid experiences and try their best to foster a positive work environment

Cons

Being a smaller consultant firms, there are certain things that might not be as competitive/attractive compared to large consulting firms in terms of branding. But other benefits and employment experience outweigh this con in my opinion. Consultants get to do different things and have opportunities to get exposure in different areas.
