We are fiercely committed to fostering an environment of respect, dignity, and belonging – a place where we can contribute, innovate, and succeed while being our authentic selves. We are who we are, and together our company is stronger for it.

About Us

Founded in 2000 as a startup, eMoney Advisor’s initial products—an advisor dashboard, aggregator and document vault—were the first on the market to transform the financial planning experience and help financial services catch up to other industries using interactive, collaborative technology. In the first five years of operating, eMoney grew to 50 employees and served 500 financial professionals. In 2015, eMoney was acquired by Fidelity Investments with 50 employees who helped serve 500 financial professionals. Today, the firm serves more than 106,000 financial professionals, has more than tripled in size, and continues to grow with more than 650 people across 35 states – all of whom are dedicated to eMoney’s mission of helping people talk about money.

Today, eMoney’s solutions and services have evolved to comprise a true platform that—through planning-led technology—enables their clients to build stronger relationships, securely streamline business operations, enhance business development and drive overall growth.

Culture

OUR CORE VALUES

Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI)

We are fiercely committed to fostering an environment of respect, dignity, and belonging – a place where we can contribute, innovate, and succeed while being our authentic selves. We are who we are, and together our company is stronger for it.

People-First

We believe our people are foundational to our success. By creating a fun environment where we can follow our passion and deliver on our shared commitment, together we advance our mission.

Collaboration

We believe working as a team better leverages the strengths of each member, allowing us to make good things great, and paves a path for our success as well as our clients.

Creativity

We think big, challenge assumptions, don’t take ourselves too seriously, and use our imaginations to drive innovation. We push ourselves—and each other—to turn ideas into reality for our clients.

Diversity

Diversity is at the Heart of Innovation.

At eMoney, we foster an environment where we can be our authentic selves, contribute, innovate and succeed. We are who we are, and together our company is stronger for it.

Remote Workforce

You don’t need to be in an office to be a part of the eMoney team. eMoney currently operates as a remote-first employer. This means that eMoney supports a workforce that is mainly remote and provides office space as an option for those who live within a commutable distance of our headquarters in Radnor, Pa. We leave it up to our employees to decide where and how they work best.
