Encore listens to the feedback that they are given by their hospitals. They implement tools to help the hospitals grow. They have some of the best and most experienced leaders in management leading the coaching team. The home office includes people that have spent their life in the industry for the right reason. I am super proud to work with this team!

They have made some hard decision to move in the right direction. Change can be hard at every level.
