Pros

People, cultural approach to work, meritocracy, a lot of attention to employees. A lot of best practices in “soft HR” and Talent Management. The “careers” website is full of useful infos.

Cons

Smart working is not applied. Interns have many limitations in the access to files. The intranet could be improved.
