Obviously my rating is biased. I just joined a few weeks ago. The onboarding process was flawless and super efficient (tech enabled). What I am most exited about is EverCharge’s people. Everyone I met is not only capable and talented but also incredibly motivated to help our customers transition to a zero-emission mobility future. It’s an honor to step into this role and lead such an incredible team of individuals.Cons
The company is at the stage between start-up and scale up and is experiencing the typical pain points one would expect in this phase. Many processes are still missing which causes more and more inefficiencies and frustration while growing. This provides many opportunities for improvement and the leadership team is up for the challenge. I have full trust that this company will improve.
