Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are groups of employees with shared characteristics or life experiences and their allies. ERGs are based around providing support and building/advocating for resources or changes in the workplace. Our ERG's include Women's Initiative Network, Pride, Parents, Asians, Unidos (Hispanic/Latinx), Black Employees at Fabletics, and Veterans.

Our mission is to inspire and mobilize Fabletics employees to make a lasting impact on our local and global communities by cultivating awareness, serving others, and protecting our environment. Sustainability At Fabletics we are always looking for opportunities to support our local and global communities, recognizing the significant impact that we can have on not only fashion and retail, but on making the world a better place.

GIVE was formed to help inspire and mobilize Fabletics employees to make a lasting impact with a focus on helping our local communities and bettering our environment. The team is comprised of volunteers from across Fabletics who meet regularly to help plan charitable events for the company as a whole or in their specific location.
