- Constant swing between micro management and completely hands off - Leadership says they're fine with full time employees not being religious then provides time out of the day for people to attend Bible groups, requires attendance and participation in annual prayer breakfast - Organizational leadership is to afraid to make neccessary changes at risk of upsetting donors - No chance to move up. Either you're part of the "in crowd" for being their a long time/being recruited or you're on the outs.
