Fast Growing Company, Lots of Opportunity

Pros

A rapidly growing company that provides great opportunities for every team member to grow. There’s a lot of autonomy so individuals in every role have an opportunity to have a significant impact. Leadership team is very accessible, open to feedback and really shows care and concern for the team. Company is in a rapid growth phase (hiring and investment-wise) with lots of opportunities for responsibility of product and area Customers who are bought into the mission of the company so they are always willing to provide feedback The products we work on require us to solve unique problems for our customers Welcoming culture where we are encouraged to constantly learn and voice our opinions

Cons

Like with any start up in an emerging industry, there's always lots to do, and little time to do it. We often have to move fast which can feel overwhelming at times, but generally there's plenty of patience and support, and leadership does a good job making sure everyone feels supported. Project workflow can still be a bit of a scramble. This requires some patience on behalf of the ICs while the company works out processes to accommodate ever increasing business. A great problem to have but definitely not sustainable long-term.
