Pros

Great commission structure and well rewarded when you make placements. Was not based in HO so was sheltered from the culture there.

Cons

When you have a rough time in recruitment, the pressure is piled on, and when you have a fantastic month, the expectation is there to just bill more. Whilst this is true of many recruitment companies, being spoken to by senior management in ways and tones, can take an effect.
