Pros
Finix has gone through a lot of change over the last couple of years. It's a tricky market to navigate given the current state of the economy but I think Finix still has the opportunity to be a leader in the payments space. Start-up environment is not for the weak. Things constantly change, move fast, and sometimes you're working with limited resources but that's kind of what you sign up for when joining an early-stage company. Those who are resilient seem to have the most success. Solid benefits for the company size (100% employer-covered health, PTO, 401k, etc)Cons
The company shifted back to in-office. It's not the worst, seems like a lot of companies are going this route.
