Pros

There are a lot of pros - Leadership cares about the company, team, and employees - Can be remote or hybrid - Flexible PTO policy - Annual L&D stipend - Parental Leave for boths moms & dads - 401k match - Diverse selection of benefits - Nice office with lunch 2x a week - Annual merit review and bonuses

Cons

I do think benefit costs could be more competitive but the plans are good!
