One of the most special ways we recognize caregivers is our annual Caregiver of The Year Award. This award can only be given to one caregiver and the caregiver must be nominated by the franchisee they work for. All of the nominations are voted on by a select committee, and the caregiver and winning FirstLIght office is celebrated in several different ways throughout the year.
