Currently, we pay team members in similar positions the same amounts, regardless of their gender, race, ethnicity, or any other protected characteristic. We are also tracking this metric internally, and this data collection will help us continue to make progress on this topic in the coming years.

Although we still have a longer journey towards increasing our gender representation in higher-paying Research and Development positions, we are proud of this commitment to pay equality and believe it is an important foundation for future diversity progress.
