People in the office are goodCons
A lot of the people in management positions are not suited for these roles. They are ineffective, disengaging and demotivating. Don't even bother trying to go above and beyond, because it will never be enough for them. Managers in different states, don't get to see what the team goes through day in and day out, but then makes assumptions that everything is fine, when in reality, no one is taking a lunch break, people come early and leave late, for not so much as a good job or thank you.
