Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
The ERGs are company-sponsored groups that are led by employees who come together based on shared characteristics or life experiences and include allies. We currently have three ERG’s at Carbon:
Flow Carbon is a leading climate-tech company built on sophisticated blockchain technology, dedicated to creating climate change solutions through carbon reduction. Flow Carbon operates at the intersection of carbon offsets and crypto by undertaking large-scale carbon removal and reduction projects, facilitating high quality carbon credits to be tokenized on the blockchain and traded in the offset market. The company is developing a pipeline of carbon credits through real-world projects, creating a brand to market carbon credits, and creating a marketplace to make it easy and transparent to transact in the voluntary carbon market.
FastCompany's Most Innovative Companies, Fast Company, 2021 Best Tech Start-Ups in Redwood City, The Tech Tribune, 2021
Flow operates at the intersection of the voluntary carbon market and the Web3 ecosystem by originating large-scale forest conservation and nature restoration projects, and tokenizing carbon offsets to create the most transparent and efficient revenue stream back to projects. Flow Carbon’s tokens are backed one-to-one by certified voluntary carbon credits that can be traded freely on crypto exchanges. By bringing these carbon offsets on-chain, Flow is facilitating a market for credits that is liquid, transparent, and far easier to navigate than the traditional market.
