Pros

Good atmosphere in the office in the beginning, helpful colleagues and new facilities.

Cons

Job not appreciated nor valued and no opportunities to grow. The company was not well structured and they were changing strategy almost every month. Overall, it was really difficult to follow up with so many changes and we didn't have the chance to develop the strategies and put them in practice.
