Small banking that is on the rist. The friendliest, kindest financial/banking firm. From HR to upper managment, the culture is built on trusting us to get work done, offer plenty of fully remote and hybrid work options. Cool benefits, such as subscription to meal planning/groceries

Cons

Low salary - you are just not going to be compensated same compared to other financial instituations. No wealth management.
