The core beliefs around trusting great people and the passion around what we do as a company are the fuel for everything we do. Enabling Greatness is not just the mission it's a guiding light that directs what we do and how we do it.

Cons

Selling a productivity and technology products require high quality tools. The fast pace of change in the marketplace requires massive investments in trial error of new technologies. Selling with FranklinCovey mean fast paces acceptance and mastery of tools and sometimes requires the abandonment of one tool for another and relearning a new system.
