Pros

So many great people within the organization. Lots of opportunity to learn and grow with the Company. I still have such a wonderful network of people from FE! Beautiful building, good work/life balance, plenty of mentors to help you grow and exceed.

Cons

Very few complaints, just that once you get to Manager level it is tough to rise to Director level without getting additional experience (for longer term employees that have developed their career through FE).
