Pros
Nonexistent—can't think of any redeeming qualities.Cons
I've spent several years at this company, hoping for growth and professional development, but sadly, it's been one of the most disappointing experiences of my career. Firstly, don’t expect any raises or career progression, even if you put in 5+ years of hard work. The company doesn't seem to value its employees or their contributions. Benefits are almost nonexistent—not even basic perks like private health insurance. The holiday allowance is only 20 days, which is below standard in today’s job market. The work culture is perhaps the most frustrating part. It’s built around indifference and a lack of communication. There have been several occasions where I've been completely blocked from doing my work, reached out to managers and colleagues for support, only to be ignored for days at a time. This kind of neglect creates a demoralizing and toxic environment, making it incredibly hard to stay motivated. Overall, this company fails to support its employees, both financially and professionally, and the work culture only amplifies the problem. If you're considering working here, I’d strongly advise you to reconsider.
