I have worked at Frontage Labs for just over a year now, and I think its a great place to work. Hours are flexible which is good especially because I am currently finishing up school. Also, the lab is small so it isn't super overwhelming. I like the overall environment. The starting pay is also very reasonable, and I have received raises as appropriate. I feel I am compensated very fairly for my work.Cons
Training is lackluster, it takes a while to learn the ways of the lab due to lack of help from my peers. I ask many questions in order to properly understand expectations. In addition, I did have issues with negativity in my department. I encountered bullying from a fellow technician as soon as I began. I will say that HR was extremely kind and helpful in sorting out the problem. I am passionate about my line of work and so I can overlook these minor thorns.Similar companies to Frontage Laboratories
