The FFAI team is incredibly talented, most employees are excellent at their jobs and above all everyone takes ownership to be highly responsive and helpful to their teammates' questions and requests. The company is remote-first and still maintains a culture of collaboration, transparency, positivity, and communication. Work-life balance is excellent as employees are trusted and empowered to take on and complete work whenever is best for you to still meet ambitious deadlines. Leadership team does well to motivate employees and win in the market.Cons
Expectations are high - sometimes the ambitiousness of goals does not align with the reality of what is achievable for a venture-backed startup of this size. Deadlines are short - with the rapid growth the company is experiencing there are aggressive timelines that sometimes require sacrificing long-term objectives in favor of short-term ones.
