Pros
- It's inspiring to work for a company that is using technology to transform healthcare education. I also love that FuturU is doing things differently and isn't afraid to experiment with bold new ideas. - Flexible, remote working for everyone (with the option to work from a central London office for those who prefer to). This is particularly great for people with families and pets. - The leadership team are really approachable and always willing to make time for you. - Competitive pay, particularly for a new startup - Amazing people - everyone I've met so far is friendly and kind, while also being super smart and driven to create positive impact. Despite working remotely, we still find plenty of ways to connect and have fun as a team. - Slick onboarding and orientation process, where you meet people from across the business to learn more about how things operate. I definitely felt set up for success when I joined.Cons
