The company is trying it's hardest to be the best place in the world to work, and the changes they're making, while not perfect, are starting to have a significantly positive impact on my experience working here. Gain Theory is a meritocracy, which is phenomenal. Advancement at other companies at which I have worked was based on who you knew and how long you've been there.Cons
Being a subsidiary of another company is somewhat of a pain - processes are lost to the parent company, some decisions and funding are left to the higher powers, etc.
