Pros

The company still had the best benefits that I've had in my work career. The company and culture was amazing, and I would have loved to continue working there.

Investments heavily dictate the direction of the company.

Our Teammate Resource Groups (TRG) support everything, from our LGBTQIA and BIPOC Gainsters to new parents, neurodivergent and more. You belong here and we make sure you know it from day one.

 

TRG’s are teammate led, self-directed voluntary groups that offer opportunities to network internally, to attract and maintain a diverse Teammate base, to provide the inclusion of ideas and solutions, and to create opportunities for mentoring and career development.

 

Ellevate

To help attract, retain, and grow female talent at Gainsight.

Mission: To shape and sustain an inclusive culture at Gainsight where women thrive. Ellevate is a community for networking, education, mentorship, and professional development for Gainsight women, and allies of all genders, across the globe

 

Spectrum

All encompassing space for LGBTQIA Gainsters, and to represent the interests of LGBTQIA Gainsters, and support Gainsight’s overall diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging goals. 

Vision Statement:  Contribute to diversity and inclusion by advocating for the workplace right and wellbeing of marginalized people, educate ourselves and our coworkers on LGBTQIA experiences, and celebrate these experiences because inclusion does not just mean tolerance.

Create simple visibility, so people know that people like us are their coworkers, not just theoretical people out in the world. Impact people who live in areas of the US and the world where it's more likely for someone to say/believe "I don't know any LGBT people."

 

Mind Matters

To foster DE&I of both neurodiverse Gainsters and Gainsters with mental health challenges by 1) promoting awareness and understanding, 2) fostering community, and 3) advocating for proactive burnout prevention policies.

Awareness and Understanding - Promote awareness and understanding both org-wide and at a leadership level

Fostering community - Provide a community of support and collaboration for Gainsters facing mental health and/or neurodiversity challenges (whether or not there is a clinical diagnosis) and demonstrate that they have pathways to success available at Gainsight

Advocating for proactive burnout prevention policies - Support burnout prevention efforts individually, and at the org level.

 

BIPOC

The Gainsight BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) TRG provides people of color and allies who align with our mission and collective cultures, a support network that aims to foster an inclusive and diverse workplace. We will seek to uncover and identify civil injustices in and outside of the workplace. Through collaborative education and engagement while remaining human first we will ensure underrepresented groups feel seen, respected and have a voice in Technology.

Vision Statement : BIPOC TRG will work to further the mission and values of Gainsight, represent the interests of those who identify Black, Indigenous, or a person of color, and support Gainsight’s overall diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging goals with a focus on ensuring underrepresented groups feel seen, respected and have a voice in Technology.

Vision Statement: Greensight will create a supportive community of Gainsters committed to leaving the world a better place than we found it through education, sharing of ideas/best practices and bold action to help shape sustainability efforts at Gainsight. Greensight will work to further the mission and values of Gainsight, represent the interests of environmental sustainability, and support Gainsight’s overall diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging goals.

Mission: Greensight is an interest group with focus on environmentalism and waste reduction. Our mission is to spread awareness, promote activism, ensure compliance with Vista Equity Partner's ESG plans, and encourage other incremental changes to reduce waste and pollution in our regular operations and special events. Greensight will be a platform for change through serving the interests of all our stakeholders — employees, customers, partners, communities and the environment.

Gainsight Gives is a volunteer program at Gainsight where we provide our teammates the opportunity to give back to their local communities. All our offices from across the globe dedicate two days annually to 24-hours of community success. Some of the organizations that we have dedicated our time to are Rise Against Hunger, Greater Boston Food Bank, Ronald McDonald House of Charities, Habitat for Humanity, Sri Keerthana Foundation, New Pathways for Youth, SPCA, and many more!
